people who sit in the disability seats when i'm standing on my crutches

Found this blog through an article in the New York Times. This has sparked a huge debate about subway ettiquite and disability seating on public transportation. I tend to side with “Man on Crutches” in that he is visibly in need of a seat and people should get up for him without him having to ask. What do you think?
